This mural, by the artist Pierre Costa, is a tribute to the Association for the Memory of the Battle of Vimeiro. This Association, created in 2015 aims to preserve and disseminate the historical heritage of the battle and is part of the Historical Recreation Group that recreates military units from the time of the French Invasions, with particular emphasis on the famous Portuguese Infantry Regiment nº 19.
